When most people talk about making the drive from New Orleans to Houston, they do so begrudgingly. It’s not something one does for pleasure—you do it because your family or job makes you. That needs to change. Three hundred and fifty miles on I-10 feels like an eternity in Dante’s seventh level if you don’t stop and smell eat the boudin balls.
